	Employee Benefit Plan Analysis, Marketing and Implementation: Black and Associates surveys the marketplace of insurance carriers and other providers, prepares analyses of the results for review, and follows through on all steps of installation of the employer’s benefit program. Pension Plan Analysis, Marketing and Implementation: Black and Associates surveys and analyzes applicable pension design formats and investment products, then follows through on all steps of installation, employee education, and enrollment. Section 125 plans: Black and Associates administers IRS Sect.125 plans and also partners with web-based 125 plan administration systems. We can analyze the applicability of either system for clients, and follow through on all steps of installation, employee education and enrollment.
