Marsha Black, REBC, MSFS, is an experienced benefit plan design specialist with over 25 years in the group insurance business. She is a Registered Employee Benefits Consultant and holds a Masters Degree in Financial Services. She is a former President of the Diablo Valley Estate Planning Council.


Steve Dupuis, CLU, ChFC, RHU, is a 22 year veteran of the financial services and insurance industries. His designations include Registered Health Underwriter, Chartered Financial Consultant, and Registered Securities Principal. He has held the Registered Investment Advisor Certification, and is a former Vice President with a national brokerage firm. Mr. Dupuis has been a frequent seminar speaker and industry author throughout his career.


Michael K. Maggart is Manager of Operations and Administration for Black and Associates. He has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. He has held the positions of Senior Auditor, Assistant to the Controller, and Manager of Operational Accounting for a major life insurance company.
